Bernadette and Christopher are qualified Massage Therapists specialising in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Lymphatic drainage, Sports/ Lymphatic Strapping and Cupping. Bernadette specialises in Deep Tissue Sports Massage and has twenty five years of experience with many other Diplomas such as Advanced Psychotherapy, Reflexology, Iridology, Nutrition and Homeopathy.
Christopher specialises in Deep Tissue Sports Massage with fascia release and stretching with his massage. He also does Lymphatic Drainage, strapping and cupping.
